Fran joined the law office in 1990 and became a partner in 1996. He is also the Justice for the Town of Cortlandville.
Fran is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Cortland County Bar Association, Broome County Bar Association and American Bar Association.
Fran concentrates his practice in the areas of Municipal and Zoning Law, General Civil Litigation, Residential Real Estate, Commercial Real Estate and General Business Law. He serves as examining counsel for Stewart Title Insurance Company and Public Abstract.
On a rare day off, you might see Fran on the golf course. He is also a New York Jets fan.
